Sandpiper Bay HOA is "Self Managed"
Condos are Owner Occupied
Each unit owner is required, at his/her own expense, to obtain condo insurance for such unit owner's benefit at such unit owner's expense, covering the unit and such unit owners’ personal property and personal liability, as well as any improvements made to the unit by such unit owner (under coverage normally called “improvements and betterments” coverage)
HOA REQUIRES "ALL" Owners to have a Min $10,000 Loss Assessment Coverage on your condo insurance policy
HOA HIGHLY encourages "ALL" Owners have the Sewer Backup Endorsement on their condo insurance policy
Condos are not available for rental investment properties. Board approval is required, and the Board is not approving rentals at this time.

Keeping of SMALL orderly, domestic inside pets

NO PARKING allowed on West side of Lakewind (this is a firelane)
NO PARKING allowed on the East side of Bayshore (this is a firelane)
NO FEEDING of "ANY" wildlife allowed i.e., geese, ducks, squirrels, birds etc...
NO BIRD FEEDERS ARE ALLOWED or feeding of birds
No power boats of any kind shall be permitted on the lake except for Association maintenance purposes. Electric trolling motors are permitted. All watercraft must be marked on both sides with condo number
